Power Outages: Winter Storm

REPORTING OUTAGES

All outages must be reported by phone. We cannot accept outage reports in posts or messages received on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other variety of social media.

Call: 800-579-3019

During major winter storms, it is possible that you will be placed on “hold” until an operator is available to record your information. If you have a copy of your most recent bill, have that available before you make your call. All of the information you will need is printed on that bill and it can help in expediting the length of your call.

How does Level "0" sound to you all...we like it! Conservative operations continue until Saturday, but the emergency alert status has been removed. https://t.co/T0vRoxqX5X
